Johnny Mazetti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef/chuck
    1 lb. green peppers, chopped
    1 large onion, cut up
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 can sliced mushrooms, drained
    1 can tomato soup
    1 medium can tomato sauce
    1 medium can tomato paste
    1 c. green olives
    1 pkg. wide noodles
    1 pkg. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown beef, peppers, celery and onion. Salt and pepper to taste. Cook noodles and drain; set aside. Add to meat mixture the tomato soup, sauce and paste. Add mushrooms and olives last. Mix noodles and meat mixture in a casserole dish; top with grated cheese. Cover and bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Last 15 minutes of cooking, remove cover.
