Chicken Breast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    chicken breast (skinless and boneless)
    olive oil
    onion
    mushrooms
    seasoned salt
    lemon pepper or your favorite seasoning
Preparation
    Place a small amount (1 to 2 tablespoons) olive oil in a frying pan.
    Wash and pat chicken breast dry.
    Place in hot oil and brown on both sides.
    Slice onion and slice fresh mushrooms over chicken. Lower heat and cover until done, 15 to 20 minutes.
    Very good over rice.
    Low-fat, but oh! so good!!
