Delicious Pie Crust - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 c. and 1 Tbsp. shortening
1/3 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1 egg
1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation

Combine flour and salt; cut in shortening until resembles corn meal. Combine water, vinegar and egg. Add a little at a time to flour to form soft dough. Cover and refrigerate 3 to 4 hours. Roll out pastry and trim.
