Curry Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. mayonnaise (nonfat acceptable)
1 tsp. horseradish
1 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. curry powder
1 tsp. onion juice or minced onion
Preparation

Combine all ingredients and stir well.
Let mixture sit in the refrigerator for several hours, covered.
It will turn into a deep yellow color.
Place in a bowl on a tray with the vegetables stacked around it.
