2 c. light brown sugar
1 1/2 c. quick cooking oats
4 eggs
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. dried cranberries or raisins
2 c. granulated sugar
2 c. vegetable oil
4 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
4 c. Fruit and Fiber cereal
1 c. flaked coconut
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips or any flavor baking chips
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. In a LARGE bowl, cream sugar, brown sugar, vanilla, oil and eggs together. Add flour, baking soda, salt and oats. Mix well. Stir in cereal, coconut, nuts and chips. (May have to use your hands to mix thoroughly.) Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake in preheated oven for 10 to 12 minutes. Move to wire rack to cool. Makes 10 dozen 2-inch cookies.
