Mandarin Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cut up cooked chicken
    3/4 c. sliced green grapes
    2 medium stalks celery, thinly sliced (about 1 c.)
    2 green onions, thinly sliced
    1 can (11 oz.) mandarin orange segments, drained
    1 can (8 oz.) sliced water chestnuts, drained
    1 container (6 oz.) Yoplait original peach, orange or lemon low-fat yogurt (2/3 c.)
    2 Tbsp. reduced sodium soy sauce
    mixed salad greens
Preparation
    Mix chicken, grapes, celery, onions, orange segments and water chestnuts in large bowl.
    Mix yogurt and soy sauce.
    Pour over chicken mixture; toss.
    Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours until chilled.
    Serve on salad greens.
    Yields 6 servings.
