Spiced Pineapple Pickups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (29 oz.) can pineapple chunks
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. vinegar
    8 whole cloves
    1 small cinnamon stick
    dash of salt
Preparation
    Drain syrup of pineapple into medium saucepan.
    Add sugar, vinegar, cloves, cinnamon stick and salt; cook over medium heat for 10 minutes.
    Add pineapple chunks; heat to boiling. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
    Drain and serve with cocktail picks.
