Blueberry Betty - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. blueberries
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    French toast
    nutmeg
    1/4 c. confectioners sugar
    1 c. cream, whipped
Preparation
    Cook blueberries, sugar, salt and lemon juice for 10 minutes. Pour into a shallow baking dish.
    Arrange slices of French toast on top.
    Sprinkle with confectioners sugar and nutmeg.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for about 20 minutes.
    Serve with whipped cream.
