Macaroni Seafood Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (7 1/2 oz.) pkg. macaroni and cheese dinner mix
    1/3 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
    1/3 c. creamy cucumber salad dressing
    1/2 tsp. minced dried onion
    2 (4 1/2 oz.) cans shrimp, drained
    1 medium tomato, chopped
    1 medium avocado
Preparation
    Prepare dinner mix according to package directions, except omit butter.
    Stir in mayonnaise, cucumber dressing and onion. Fold in shrimp and tomato.
    Cover; chill in freezer for 30 to 45 minutes.
    Peel, seed and chop avocado.
    Fold into macaroni mixture.
    Serve in lettuce lined bowl if desired.
    Serves 3 or 4.
