Salisbury Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. hamburger meat
    1 egg, well beaten
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
Preparation
    Mix first 4 ingredients.
    Shape into patties and place in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Cover pan with foil.
    Brown patties in 350\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes.
    Drain grease from pan; mix soups together.
    Pour over patties; cover with foil.
    Return to oven for 35 or 40 minutes.
