Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
2 ripe bananas
1/2 c. margarine
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation

Blend sugar, bananas, margarine and eggs for 2 minutes.
Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and nuts (optional).
Pour into loaf pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
