Swedish Meat Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. hamburg
2 eggs
3 Tbsp. sour cream
1 packet onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3/4 c. sour cream
Preparation

Mix first 4 ingredients; shape into 1-inch round meat balls. Fry meat balls in butter or oleo on all sides.
Remove to casserole dish.
To pan drippings add soup and remaining sour cream.
Heat until smooth and pour over meat balls.
