Rosemary Yams - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 4 large yams
1 to 2 Tbsp. olive oil
6 garlic cloves
sprinkle rosemary or sweet basil
Preparation

Peel and cut yams into large chunks.
Bruise garlic by mashing with side of chef knife.
Place all ingredients in covered casserole dish.
Bake or microwave until tender, stirring at intervals to baste with herbs and oil.
