German Fudge Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks butter, cut into chunks
    1 (4 oz.) bar German chocolate, cut into chunks
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    pinch of salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 300\u00b0.
    Place butter and chocolate bar in microwave-safe bowl.
    Microwave on High for 1 minute; stir and microwave 1 minute more, if needed.
    Set aside.
    In large bowl, combine eggs, flour, sugar and salt; mix lightly.
    Stir in chocolate mixture, vanilla and pecans.
    Pour batter into muffin cups and bake about 30 minutes, or until cupcakes test done. Makes 24.
