Gourmet Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 1/2 c. cracker crumbs (or bread, adjust salt)
    2 beaten eggs
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/2 c. finely chopped green onion
    2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    dash of each: thyme and marjoram
    1 bay leaf, crushed
    4 Tbsp. Burgundy
    chili sauce
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except chili sauce.
    Shape in a loaf in a shallow baking dish.
    Score loaf with wooden spoon and fill score marks with chili sauce.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serves 6 to 8.
