Dandelion Greens - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. dandelion greens, washed and cut in small pieces
    1 tsp. salt
    boiling water
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/4 c. dry bread crumbs, seasoned
Preparation
    In a large pan, place dandelion greens, salt and water.
    Cook about 10 to 20 minutes or until greens are tender.
    Drain well.
