Two-Tone Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 red skinned medium potatoes, cooked and drained (1 lb.)
    3 medium sweet potatoes, cooked and drained
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 egg white
    1/4 tsp. onion powder
    1 egg yolk
    1/2 tsp. finely shredded orange peel
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Peel potatoes and in two separate bowls, mash white potatoes and sweet potatoes.
    Add one tablespoon of butter to each and mix well.
    Add egg white and onion powder to the white potatoes.
    Add egg yolk and orange peel to the sweet potatoes.
