Peach Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 baking peaches, sliced in bottom of greased pan (8 x 8-inch)
1 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 c. shortening
Preparation

Slice peaches and place in the bottom of greased pan.
Beat eggs separately.
Sprinkle the rest of ingredients over fruit. Melt shortening and pour over mix.
Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 35 minutes.
