Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 potatoes, peeled and diced
    4 c. milk
    1 small onion, peeled and chopped finely
    1 tsp. parsley
    1 tsp. basil
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook potatoes
    in
    enough
    water
    to
    cover until soft; drain. Add other\tingredients
    and simmer over low heat about 20 minutes.
    Add more or less milk to desired thickness.
