Tex Mex Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 ripe avocados
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
2 cans bean dip
1 large chopped onion
3 chopped tomatoes
1 (3 1/2 oz.) can chopped olives
8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Mash avocados with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Combine in separate bowl sour cream, mayo and taco seasoning.
Spread bean dip on serving platter, then avocado next.
Next, layer sour cream mixture.
Sprinkle onion, tomatoes and olives.
Cover with shredded cheese.
Serve with scoop Fritos or nacho chips.
