Corned Beef And Cabbage Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
    1 c. cold water
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
    1/2 c. sweet pickle, chopped
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped cabbage
    1 or 2 grated carrots
    1 can corned beef, broken up
Preparation
    Mix the gelatin and water in saucepan over water at low heat 4 to 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Remove from heat. Stir in salt, lemon juice and Tabasco sauce.
    Gradually stir into mayonnaise in mixing bowl.
    Add onion and chill. Stir occasionally until slightly thickened.
    Add pickle, celery, cabbage and corned beef.
    Mix well. Chill in 6-cup mold.
