Tomato Wine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large tomatoes
    2 lemons
    5 lb. sugar
    1 pkg. yeast
    2 oranges
    1 lb. raisins
    1 gal. boiling water
Preparation
    Mix fruits and boiling water.
    When cool, add yeast.
    Stir every so often for about 10 days, then let stand for at least 2 months before straining.
    Use plastic waste can, cover and strain through old (boiled) hose or cheesecloth.
