Orange-Onion Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 onions, sliced thin
    2 naval oranges, peeled and sliced
    1/2 c. olive oil
    1/2 c. red wine vinegar
    1 tsp. parsley
    1 tsp. garlic
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. red pepper
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. chopped onion
    1 tsp. chives
    1 tsp. tomato
    1/4 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Layer oranges and onions in dish.
    Mix together remaining ingredients and pour over onions and oranges.
    Marinate for 2 hours in refrigerator.
    Then serve.
