Cheesecake(Heritage Recipe) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. (15 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple
2 pkg. unflavored gelatin
1/4 c. cold water
1 c. boiling water
3 tsp. vanilla
6 tsp. sweetener
1 tsp. butter flavoring
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/3 c. powdered milk
Preparation
-
Dissolve gelatin in 1/4 c.cold water in measuring cup. Finish filling cup with boiling water.
pour into food blender. Add all ingredients except powdered milk.
Add it last to avoid packing on blades of blender.
Blend well.
