Ingredients

1 c. chopped bell pepper
1/2 c. jalapeno pepper with seeds
1 1/2 c. apple cider vinegar
5 1/2 c. sugar
2 pkg. Certo
4 drops green food coloring
Preparation

Put peppers in blender with 1 cup vinegar and blend.
Pour into 4 or 5-quart pan.
Rinse blender with remaining vinegar; pour into pan and stir in sugar.
Bring to a rolling boil.
Remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes.
Stir in Certo and coloring.
Cool and put in jars.
Refrigerate.
