Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. whipping cream
    1 c. honey
    pinch of salt
    2 c. fruit pulp (blackberries, kiwi fruit, nectarines, peaches or raspberries)
Preparation
    Heat cream to just below boiling point.
    Remove from heat; add honey and salt.
    Stir until dissolved.
    Add fruit pulp when cool. Chill and stir.
    Freeze.
    Makes 2 quarts.
