Cheese Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 stick butter
1/3 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. salt
1 1/2 c. grated extra sharp Cheddar cheese
2 eggs, well beaten
2 pkg. dry yeast plus 1 tsp. sugar, dissolved in 3/4 c. warm water (105~ to 115~)
6 c. all-purpose flour
Preparation

Combine the first 4 ingredients and scald; remove from heat. Add cheese and stir until melted.
Cool to lukewarm; add eggs and yeast mixture.
Beat in 3 cups of flour; allow mixture to rise in a warm place (85\u00b0) for 30 minutes.
