Rice Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 lb. ground pork
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 bell pepper, chopped
    1 stalk celery
    1 pressed garlic bud
    1 1/2 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Saute onion, bell pepper, celery and garlic in small amount of oil (2 tablespoons).
    Brown meat.
    Add 2 cups water. Bring to a boil. Cook, uncovered, for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
    Add roux (commercial) or make in separate pan, using 2 tablespoons oil and 2 tablespoons flour.
    Stir until desired brownness.
    Add cooked rice, salt and pepper.
