Sour Cream Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter, softened
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    2 c. Bisquick
Preparation
    Cream butter.
    Stir in sour cream.
    Gradually add Bisquick. Stir until dry ingredients are moist.
    Spoon mixture into greased muffin pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Small muffin pan works best.
    You will want to make a double batch of these.
