Holiday Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (10 oz.) pkg. Colby Longhorn, softened
1 (10 oz.) pkg. sharp Cheddar
1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
1 Tbsp. horseradish
1/4 c. finely grated onion
2 Tbsp. Miracle Whip
1 jar dried beef
Preparation

Soften all cheeses at room temperature for several hours, then mash them together.
Then mix with mixer.
Add onion, horseradish and Miracle Whip.
Mix together well.
Roll into two large balls or three smaller ones.
