Marinade For Steaks - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 Tbsp. paprika
1/2 c. olive oil
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. m.s.g. (optional)
Preparation

Mix all ingredients and pour over thick steaks to be broiled or barbecued.
Marinate 2 hours at room temperature.
Pat the steak dry with paper towel after draining and before cooking.
