Classic Macaroni Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. mayo
    2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    8 oz. elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
    1 c. celery
    1 c. chopped green and/or red pepper
    1/4 c. chopped onion
Preparation
    In a large bowl, stir together first six ingredients until smooth.
    Add remaining ingredients and toss to coat well.
    Cover. Chill.
    Makes five cups.
