Ingredients

1 lb. fish
1/4 c. French dressing
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
paprika
Preparation

Dip fish in French dressing, then in crumbs.
Place in a greased, shallow baking dish.
Sprinkle with paprika and cover with waxed paper.
Microwave 4 to 6 minutes, turning dish after 2 1/2 minutes.
