Baked Pork Chops With Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 lean pork chops
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 tsp. instant beef bouillon
    1/2 can hot water
    1 tsp. instant minced onion
    2 c. cooked rice
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Brown the pork chops well.
    Remove from pan.
    Add soup to drippings.
    Dissolve bouillon in hot water.
    Add to soup and stir well.
    Add onion and rice.
    Mix well.
    Pour rice into casserole and top with browned chops.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until chops are tender.
