Halibut Caddy Ganty - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. halibut fillets
    dry white wine
    fine dry bread crumbs
    2 c. sour cream
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. finely chopped onion
    paprika
Preparation
    Cut halibut
    in
    serving
    sized
    pieces and marinate in wine for 2 hours.
    Drain and pat dry.
    Roll them each in bread crumbs. Place them in
    a
    single
    layer in a baking dish that can be brought to\tthe table.
    Mix together sour cream, mayonnaise and onion.
    Spread
    this
    sauce over the fish, smoothing it out to the edges
    of
    pan.
    Sprinkle
    the top with paprika. Bake at 500\u00b0 for 15\tto
    20\tminutes
    or until light brown and bubbly.
    Serve immediately.
