Persimmon Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. persimmon pulp
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. salad oil
    1 egg
    1 c. chopped nuts
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. cloves
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. raisins
Preparation
    Sprinkle soda over persimmon pulp.
    Mix with rest of ingredients.
    Bake in jelly roll pan 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Frost with light frost or glaze.
