Banana Oat Pecan Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    4 small ripe bananas
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 c. quick cook oats
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 large eggs
    1/2 c. corn oil
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Oil 8 x 4 x 2 1/2-inch loaf pan.
    Mix flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon on waxed paper or in bowl.
    Slice bananas into a medium bowl; beat with electric mixer.
    Add flour mixture; stir just until moistened.
    Stir in oats and pecans.
