Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. salad oil
    2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    2 c. flour
    4 eggs
    3 c. grated carrots
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Cream sugar and salad oil.
    Add vanilla, baking powder, cinnamon and half the flour.
    Beat.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each one.
    Add remaining flour and mix well.
    Fold in carrots and nuts.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour in tube pan.
