Festal Pumpkin Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1 c. salad oil
1 (15 oz.) can pumpkin
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. nutmeg

Preparation

In a bowl, sift together all dry ingredients.
Set aside.
In second bowl, cream sugar and oil. Add eggs and pumpkin.
Cream. Add dry ingredients.
Mix until well blended.
Pour into greased and floured 12 x 18-inch pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool and frost with cream cheese frosting.
