Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
    1/2 bell pepper, diced
    1 medium onion, diced
    No. 2 can whole tomatoes, crushed with juice
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper (or dash of Texas Pete)
Preparation
    Saute onions and peppers in 1 tablespoon bacon grease until translucent.
    Add all ingredients in a casserole.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for one hour.
