Chicken Livers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    chicken livers
    cloves of garlic, chopped
    chopped onions
    black pepper
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. oil
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 egg, beaten
    2 Tbsp. water
    1/2 c. fine breadcrumbs
    3 Tbsp. onion, diced
    1 (8 oz.) jellied cranberry sauce, blackberry jam or grape jelly (either of the three works great)
    6 oz. jar chili sauce
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix first 5 ingredients and form into 25 to 30 small balls.
    Bake 20 to 25 minutes, turning once or microwave on High for 5 minutes.
