Microwave Caramel Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. unpopped popcorn
1/4 c. light corn syrup
1 c. brown sugar
1 stick oleo
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Pop popcorn in usual way, then pour it into a large brown shopping bag.
Place other ingredients into a 2-quart glass bowl, except soda and vanilla, and bring to a boil in microwave.
Boil 2 minutes.
Remove and add the soda and vanilla.
Pour over popcorn in bag, mixing well.
Close top of bag and place in microwave. Cook on High for 90 seconds.
Remove bag and shake well.
Replace bag and repeat procedure 2 more times.
Place in large bowl and enjoy!
