Microwave Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. powdered sugar
    1/2 c. cocoa
    1/16 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Combine powdered sugar, cocoa, salt, milk and vanilla in a 2-quart microwavable casserole.
    Put margarine on top in center of mixture.
    Cook on High for 2 minutes.
    Stir until smooth.
    Add walnuts (if desired).
    Pour into buttered, waxed paper-lined 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan.
    Chill for 30 minutes in freezer.
    Cut into squares.
