Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 small can tomato paste
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    1 c. chicken broth
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. uncooked beef roast
Preparation
    Cut beef into 3/4-inch cubes.
    Melt butter in skillet and saute onion in it.
    Roll beef in flour, then brown it in the cooked onion and butter.
    Stir in the cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth and tomato paste.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Simmer until all ingredients are completely mixed and heated through. Serve over cooked rice.
