Creole Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium cabbage, shredded
    1 bell pepper, cut in 8 parts
    salt
    red pepper
    1 jar pimentos, chopped
    2 sticks celery, chopped
    2 fresh tomatoes
    4 slices salt pork, cut in small pieces
Preparation
    Steam salt pork in small amount of water until tender.
    Add all ingredients, except pimentos.
    Cook until almost tender.
    Add pimentos.
    Remove from heat.
