Manicotti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. manicotti noodles
    1 lb. cottage cheese (32 oz.) or Ricotta cheese
    2 bricks Mozzarella (approximately 2 lb.)
    2 eggs
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. Kraft grated Parmesan cheese
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Cook manicotti noodles.
    Drain and cool.
    In large bowl, mix cottage or Ricotta cheese, 1 pound Mozzarella (cut up into bite-size pieces), eggs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt and pepper. Split noodles down the center.
    Stuff with plenty of cheese; mix. Put in greased 9 x 13-inch pan, seam side down.
    Continue until all noodles are filled.
    You will need another small pan also.
    Cover with spaghetti sauce.
    Cook on 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Top with grated Mozzarella cheese.
    Put back in oven until melted.
    Serve with meatballs and sausage.
