Apple Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. margarine
1 egg
1 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. water
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Slice peeled apples in a greased baking dish.
Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Cream margarine and sugar.
Add egg, milk and flour. Add sifted baking powder and salt.
Add vanilla; spread over apples.
