Lemon Cream Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

1 pkg. pudding lemon cake mix
1/2 c. butter (1 stick)
3/4 c. milk
2 eggs
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. grated lemon peel
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Cut butter into cake mix until crumbly. (Reserve 1 cup for topping.)
Add eggs and milk.
Beat for 2 minutes at high speed. Spread in greased and floured 13 x 9-inch pan.
