Mom'S Cream Cheese Thumbprints - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. Crisco shortening
1/2 c. butter, softened
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix all the ingredients.
Roll into balls and place in a 350\u00b0 oven.
After 5 minutes, remove from oven and make a thumbprint in each cookie.
Continue to bake for 5 to 7 more minutes.
Cookies will not be brown.
