Swiss Vegetable Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. pkg. California Blend vegetables
    1 to 2 Tbsp. sour cream
    1 can French fried onions
    8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Thaw vegetables in shallow baking dish.
    Mix can of soup, 1/2 package of cheese and sour cream with thawed vegetables.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 35 minutes or until cheese is \"bubbly.\"
    Remove from oven and add remaining cheese.
    Sprinkle French fried onions over top.
    Return to oven and bake until cheese is melted and onions are browned.
